Honda has created three new green cars that will be released in 2017. One of the new cars, the Honda fuel cell, is names that for its hydrogen fuel cell car. Clarity Electric and the Clarity Plug-In Hybrid are also new green cars soon to be released. Another car,  the 2017 Accord Hybrid is said to run 49 miles per gallon of gasoline in the city and 47 mpg on the highway.

These new cars will set the standard for new and upcoming cars to go green. the company  says that it wants to go green and have cars make up two-thirds of the sales, up from 5% now. This aldo  includes hybrids, plug-in hybrids, fully electric and fuel cell vehicles. These new cars being produced will allow the number of hydrogen-filling and electric-charging stations to increase which can greatly impact the earth ecological footprint.

  1. This article is very interesting and current! It Is great to see so many car companies inventing low emission – zero emission cars! Even though there are no emissions the cars still require charging and energy, is it better than gas cars?

  2. It’s nice to see how companies are aware of the environmental risks behind everyone of their cars, but how much energy is required power these new cars?
